Request a refit

Custom IEMs take a little time to get used to, so give them a few days. If they still don't fit right, we adjust your existing earphones – no new ear impressions needed.

• Every custom or reshell order includes 1 free refit within 30 days of delivery.
• Refits after 30 days, or further refits, are SGD 50 each (USD 35 for a reshell).
• One or both sides sent back together counts as one refit.
• Outside Singapore: you send them to us with FedEx, and choose FedEx or economy EPAC (USD 9.90) for the way back. Shipping is paid online right after you send this form, and we then email you a prepaid FedEx label.

Mark the areas to build up (increase) or slim down (reduce), and by how much if you can tell – e.g. canal too thick: Canal, reduce 1 mm. Not sure? Leave it blank and describe the problem above; our lab will decide.

Comfortable overall but not sealing? The usual fix is to increase areas 4, 5 and 6 (Antitragus Lower, Tragus, Helix).
